Dr. Carl Neff grew up in the Tampa Bay area. After his graduation from North East High School in St. Petersburg, he went on to attend and graduate from Emory Dental School in Atlanta, Georgia.
After dental school, he served for two years in the United States Army at Fort Knox, Kentucky in order to further hone his skills as a Dentist.
Following his military service, he returned to Florida and began his private practice in The Medical Mall office complex at 1745 South Highland
